The first time I was asked this, it completely took me by surprise.
A member of the accounting team pulled me aside after one of the group Excel training sessions I'd been flown in to teach for their company.
She didn't seem like someone who panicked easily...
...and there wasn't a reason to panic... but it was there in her eyes (a "tell me my kids will still have health insurance next month" kind of look).
