Comprehensive and On-Site:

Multi-Week – Complete Data Process Audit, Overhaul, and Staff Training

Ideal for: Companies with 5-50 store locations and 35+ back office staff working in Excel daily.

• You know your data collection and reporting processes are completely out of date (5-10 years without a serious audit).
• You want to build up a modern structure with easy to understand reporting dashboards from the ground up.
• You have several different back-office teams that need personalized training. 

Location: Your office with remote meetings between on-site visits.

Duration: Four on-site week-long visits over the course of a year with eight remote days of individual training sessions and executive/manager interviews between on-site visits.

Scheduling: First on-site visit can usually be scheduled within 4-12 weeks, depending on time of year.

Single Week – Mini Data Audit and Essential Staff Training

Ideal for: (Same as above, but…) 

• You’re not ready or sure if you need to completely overhaul your reporting, but you have essential staff that needs training.
• You only want specific reports analyzed and optimized for accuracy and time-saving.
• You want a quick audit of how your data is collected to get a better idea of what is broken, redundant, or missing.

Location: Your office.

Duration: Five days on-site including travel. Includes an Employee Excel Evaluation and Data Reporting Questionnaire two weeks prior to visit to customize training and plan audit.

Scheduling: On-site visit can usually be scheduled within 4-12 weeks, depending on time of year.

Remote or Local (within 100 miles of OKC) Only

Day Audit and/or Team Training

Ideal for:

• Mid to Large companies who want an initial remote assessment of their data reporting or to benchmark their teams Excel levels before deciding on training.
• Smaller local businesses (within a 100-mile radius of OKC metro area) who want a single day on-site visit for quick data review, report optimizations, or small (10 or less) customized staff training at their office.

Location: Remote assessment or onsite for local business near OKC metro area.

Duration: One day.

Scheduling: Can usually be scheduled within 2-4 weeks, depending on time of year.
